The Dr and Nurses are fantastic, but the reception staff make it so difficult to get what you need- they can be at times rude and it's hit and miss on who you get to speak to who might be helpful.
Its also very difficult to get an appointment, often told that the next available appointment is X date but they are unable to book due to the limitations on the system and that you have to call back.
Overall the experience I've had has been OK, but I have yet to be seriously ill or in need of emergency attention, I would be concerned about how this would be handled by reception staff if this were the case.
