The GP’s are great. The admin staff are absolutely 100% useless.
Tell you one thing and do another.
My prescription is now sat in a bag until Monday when the clinic reopens leaving me without medication because i was told by admin my prescrition would be picked up by Sainsbury’s. Sainsbury’s said they only pick up once week. Aaaaargh!!?! Why didn’t the prescription go through automatically via computer?!? Why didn’t the admin staff tell me!!!
Useless and potentially dangerous admin staff!
