Phoned up a few times. Got a telephone appointment on the day on all occasions. Spoke to Dr Bhakta who is brilliant and very thorough.
Nothing
All through this pandemic this surgery has been Amazing always get an appointment if needed every time I have phoned and spoke to a doctor if needed I've got an appointment with a doctor or a nurse well done to the hole team.
Not enough phone lines took some time to get through. But still a great service when spoke to staff.
It would be nice to actually get into see a doctor and not have to self diagnose over the phone.I can not understand why it is virtually impossible to see a doctor I know we are in the middle of a pandemic but I managed to see my dentist last week for a check up and been to see the hygienist both having to work inside your mouth yet I find it impossible to get face to face access with a doctor yet the surgery nursing staff seem to be able to take bloods etc. This really needs to be addressed,is it any wonder that A and E departments are being over run
Try to actually see patients and not have to wait all day for a call back
Our experience since moving to Idle 7 years ago has been extremely positive and the level of care, understanding and treatment second to none.
From the friendly, helpful receptionists, nurses and doctors we couldn’t have wished for better, A special mention to Dr Parker and Dr Bhakta for always going that extra mile, particularly since a cancer diagnosis.
Maybe a better back up from the chemist downstairs, seems chaotic and am sure a time & motion expert would have a field day.
I have a heart condition and have been trying to contact for 4 months 5 emails 1 letter no reply
The surgery is tired and looks dirty 1 doctor does in particular is very poor
You could answer my emails / letter care more about your patients
