After coming in to the surgery today to request an appointment or telephone call, I was told by a very unhelpful receptionist there were no appointments. This was very disappointing as she did not check the system. I went on to say I had recently had an operation due to lung cancer and felt like I had a chest infection. The receptionist continued to say they had no appointments. I was later seen that day by another practice and had a chest infection

From my experience of your surgery you failed on 4 out 5 of the cqc key line enquiries in this one visit I made to you surgery On my recent visit you failed to ensure I was kept safe and prolonged a diagnosis you were also unconcerned and not caring in any way you we’re totally unresponsive and you failed to be effective to provide a service and your duty of care to a patient
