very helpful receptionist and the day could not have gone better ( pre booking and on the day - The person I saw on the day was first class and I got my hearing back which is a lifesaver.
I'll vote 10/10 for the whole experience
I appreciate how difficult it can be sometimes in the NHS
You cannot get through on the telephone lines. it rings out then just cuts you off. I dread trying to get through to make an appointment and I end up spending days on trying to get through to them. Terrible reception staff (very unfriendly and unhelpful) and terrible standard of care.
They treat patients as numbers
Phoned, as I have done on many occasions to book an appointment. Appointment waiting times are always at least a weeks wait. The big issue with this Health Centre however is the reception staff. They are the first point of contact for the Health Centre and on every time I have had contact with them, they have been nothing but rude, belligerent and extremely unhelpful. Something as trivial as picking up a phone and politely asking a few question to make an appointment seems to be the biggest hardship to them. I honestly dread making the call to them, not something a person who looking for help should be thinking.
