The surgery closes every day in the middle of the day for 2 hours for "admin purposes". The phone often rings and rings and is not always answered. The automated booking service never works for me (on the phone), likewise the electronic system never works wither - not recognising the login details. I have had to get new logins twice and it still doesn't work. Reception staff are not very friendly or helpful and always look harassed. Rarely look up to say "I'll be with you in just a moment..." .

I had appointments with both the nurse and the doctor and both were very kind and patient with me. The receptionists were extremely helpful and spent a lot of time sorting out a problem with the heart hospital I had visited the previous day, and also searching through my medical records to find out whether I had been prescribed a particular medication in the past. My issues were quite complex at this appointment but everyone took a lot of time and care to make sure that everything was resolved by the time I left. I never felt at any time that they were trying to rush me along, and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. I always get excellent service at this surgery.

Just moved to this surgery due to closure of existing arrangements. I was made to feel very welcome and even the same day was invited to see the practice nurse to have a brief health check. An appointment was made to meet my doctor i.n 2 day's time to check my current medication. It all looks very good; I am delighted

1. Reception always welcoming and helpful. 2. Relatively easy to get appointment to see my usual doctor or practice nurse at convenient time. 3. Surgery building recently greatly improved. 4. Not always easy to find free convenient parking. 5. Would welcome advice by e-mail on results of tests (e.g: blood, x-ray, etc)
