The surgery closes every day in the middle of the day for 2 hours for "admin purposes". The phone often rings and rings and is not always answered. The automated booking service never works for me (on the phone), likewise the electronic system never works wither - not recognising the login details. I have had to get new logins twice and it still doesn't work. Reception staff are not very friendly or helpful and always look harassed. Rarely look up to say "I'll be with you in just a moment..." .
