Unable to get through the surgery easily - it literally takes days to get through!
Appointments cancelled.
Unable to book a doctors appointment in advance as they are full.
Sometimes very slow to get prescriptions out.
Waiting over 3 months for help with diabetes.
Unless you chase every last thing yourself nothing seems to get done.
Although the service is appalling and extremley fustrating there are some excellent doctors and nurses who work there.
