I registered as a patient in 1998 and have to say this is probably one of the best surgeries in the Brighton and Hove catchment area.
So what is so good about this establishment? For me one of the key elements is that once getting an appointment with a doctor, he or she does not rush the consultation, so in essence, I, as a patient am assured that I have been able to talk fully about my symptoms meaning that my doctor is then in the best position to decide what action to take, if any.
As well as that, the receptionists are a friendly and helpful team, as indeed is practice nurse Yvonne.
The premises are clean and comfortable and offer an agreeable environment for patients.
