I think this surgery is ace! especially under the currently financial strain that the NHS is facing. Although trying to get through by telephone is a bit of a nightmare they do have Vision online where you can book and cancel all your appointments so once I signed up I never had this problem again. I've never had to wait for more than 2 days for an appointment to see a GP and not more than 5 days to see my preferred GP. They reception staff are very accommodating in rescheduling your appointments when something expectantly pops up. The doctors and nurses are very courteous. I've only ever had one unpleasant experience, it was when I came to register. I felt like I was dealt with in a quite aggressive manner by the receptionist, being told to fill this and that out but being unable to communicate that I had already filled out all the relevant paperwork at home. I guess because of my accent the receptionist demanded to see my passport and visa, I felt like her tone was quite aggresive. When I returned for an appointment, sitting in the waiting room, I heard the same receptionist be very pleasant to an 'English' patient wanting to register and not being so interrogative with her questions about his identification.
