This surgery covers a large catchment area in Hove, and yet there is only one way to contract the place short of walking physically into the building. You have to phone one number which is engaged 95% of the time, no matter what the issue is that you wish to discuss. In the year 2014, this surgery - which does have its own internal email system - still doesn't want its patients to use email, let alone social media. I've come to the conclusion that this is a deliberate policy. Electronic communication would save on phone work, but require emailed communications to be actioned in some way. Or logged, which generates (potentially unfavourable) statistics.
