Of the two doctors I have dealt with here, one has been excellent (9/10) and the other moderately good (7/10). Most of the reception team are great, yet there are one or two surly individuals, who think it is adequate to greet patients without turning away from their computer screen and to advise on your medication without a medical qualification, any experience and while talking to the back of their head.
This is potentially a great surgery, let down by one or two individuals on the front desk who forget who works for who. Their employers must be made aware of how they can destroy months of carefully cultivated trust with a rude comment, thoughtless gesture, incompetence, inefficiency and ultimate disregard for their patient's welfare...
