Was at surgery to get bloods and asked receptionist if I could make an appointment for doc and she said no u have to fone in,(it was the way she said it) I think the reception staff need training in dealing with patients and manners. Someone came in who wasn’t a patient and the receptionist attitude totally changed being all smiles laughing. I came home n called surgery to get an appoint and was told to call back the following day as triage was closed, at 8.58 am. I have been with this surgery for over 20 yrs and it’s definitely went down hill.
