Took my son (2years old) with suspected croup. Dr Soppit was extremely rude and her people skills need revisited with immediate effect!! Was speaking to my son informing him that the doctor will look inside his mouth, her response in a sharp tone " I will decide what I will do!". At the end I was given a lecture about looking in the mouths of children with suspected croup as you can endanger them...... why do these so called gp remain working with the members of the public when they are completely nasty in manner and quite frankly unprofessional?
