Extremely poor reception service. Appointments rarely available yet they continually add more people to the books. Was diagnosed incorrectly and issued prescription - luckily I noticed the error before taking medication. Also been given wrong dosage of prescription previously. Was recently discharged from hospital and given new prescription, took to HBT and handed to reception on the Monday afternoon, was told it would be ready Weds AM, rang Tues aft to double check it was being done, to be told that it would now be ready Weds PM, went to collect on Weds PM and still not done, doctor not even seen it!! Reception told me they would ring me as it was ready - 7pm Weds, no phone call received. Rang at 8am to get appointment, after redialling numerous times, finally got through and given appt that day. Went in to see Dr JUST to get the prescription hospital had issued me, no apology given. Daughter sees hospital specialist and on meds, Specialist changed med dosage in May, went to collect repeat script and noticed HBT hadn't updated records even though there was a note on the system. Again no apology given. They seem to be good at making mistakes but never admit to it nor apologise.
