I left a review in February about the poor system in place and the inability to get appointments. I felt it was only right to leave a review after I had a positive experience. The phone rang first time, I managed to get an appointment 5 days later, with a doctor. I haven't been able to do that at this surgery for 18 months - long may this much improved service continue.
The new doctor was efficient, polite and caring. She correctly diagnosed my condition, prescribed the correct treatment (as my issue has now resolved itself within a week) and it was a very quick and hassle free appointment.
