Did an online repeat prescription which included two medicines. Both were rejected. One medicine was overdue the other one was due in 5 days. This has happened before. They don't seem to have the intelligence to cope with a prescription with more than one item. You ring them and you get a recorded message telling you to press a number to get through to their automated booking system. Nothing happens and hasn't done for a long time. So you wait to get through to the receptionists. I walked 5 miles and visited a few shops while waiting last time! I would usually be very careful about being critical to a service that I need, as you get some petty individual(s) being obstructive. No need in this case, they could not get any worse.
