I have always found the reception staff, nurses and doctors to be very professional, helpful and informative. I have been happy to see whoever is available. Treatment has always been good, I feel I am included in all decisions regarding my treatment and requirements have always been properly explained. The one downside with a popular and effective clinic, unfortunately, is that it can be very difficult to get an appointment quickly. The earliest I have been able to book an appointment is with a week's notice, except where there has been a cancellation. I have never been able to get one on the day, even getting on the phone at 7am! And I have had to resort to the walk-in clinic at New Cross on occasion. I don't know how possible it would be to do this, but, perhaps if 1 doctor, per day, was dedicated to "on the day appointments" it would alleviate this problem. I know people have their preferred doctor, but if it's urgent, you'd see anyone, wouldn't you?
