The doctors are good, but it is very difficult to get an appointment and get continuation of care. Reception staff are not particularly friendly in my experience, when eventually you do manage to get through by phone. I know it is because of the volume of patients there, I suppose they need more staff. I don't think it takes much for reception staff to be pleasant to people though, even if they are busy.
