The reception area of this surgery is filthy and badly laid out in a way that everyone within the waiting area can hear what's being discussed with the reception staff.
The newer reception staff are very helpful and friendly, however there are two ladies who have been there for a while who could certainly do with some lessons in customer service and basic courtesy.
The medical staff - most of them - are excellent. However, trying to get an appointment within an acceptable time limit is a different matter - I had to wait a whole month for an appointment with a doctor of my choice!
All in all it's not a bad surgery, but there is certainly room for some considerable improvements.
