I have found the receptionists, doctors and nurses very helpful, patient and friendly. My one little moan is that being deaf I have trouble speaking to receptionists and tried to find out more about using the online website for making this easier for me but little seems to be known and I think they said it was new, so still sorting it out. Obviously with all the raised voices my business isn't very private either. Overall a very nice surgery, clean, modern with plenty of toilets.
