one receptionist is excellent and one hopes to get this receptionist all the time the appointment system is convoluted and not fit for the vulnerable, doctors do not seem to care when one suggests simple viable alternatives that would save their time and money too

A young lady phlebotomist did not use sterile my skin before taking blood. When I questioned her, she said it is not necessary. She then cursorily wiped my skin with a dry tissue and proceeded with it. Next day I had a very large (about 10cm x 6 cm) bruising. I do not want to go back there again.

I have a particular doctor at the surgery who i prefer going to and she is one of the best doctors ever. She is so understanding and puts extra effort to remember each of her patients.
