A young lady phlebotomist did not use sterile my skin before taking blood. When I questioned her, she said it is not necessary. She then cursorily wiped my skin with a dry tissue and proceeded with it. Next day I had a very large (about 10cm x 6 cm) bruising. I do not want to go back there again.
