I have been a patient at the practice for many years both during and after the time I worked as a receptionist there. I have experience of other GPs surgeries both as patient and employee and in my opinion the care and treatment at this surgery is exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this GP and her staff to anyone. I accept that patience is required when attending for an appointment since some patient cases will take up far more than the time allotted to them - one day it may well be me. Delays in referrals are almost certainly a result of the decisions taken whereby referrals are no longer directly to the consultant from the GP but are via an outsourced private company. This has caused me considerable problems in the past which I have taken up with the CQC, though I do not expect any improvement in the situation as long as so much NHS funding is being diverted to private outsourced companies. That's the world we live in nowadays, regrettably.

I saw the doctor . She gave me my travel jab. She check my blood pressure. my blood pressure was high. she increase my tablet and ask me to come and see her on Monday to see if my blood pressure is back to normal. I was very happy with the service.

My doctor provides excellent care. She takes her time, makes very good diagnoses and where follow-up specialist care is required, will refer to excellent specialists. She treats me like an individual, is not formal and I feel as though she is fully engaged in giving me her attention. I cannot praise her enough. She has also treated my mother and my late husband with great care and compassion. I value her very highly.
