Medical staff amazing. Attitude from some of the reception staff is totally unprofessional. I have never experienced sighing and rudeness from any professional body before and feeling this area of staff development and customer care needs to be urgently reviewed. No one should be made to feel like a burden when trying to arrange medical care.

Can't fault the medical staff at this surgery, always put you at ease and are so nice. The receptionists on the other hand are a different story, can be very rude and cutting on the phone and make it very difficult for you to get an appointment and offer no solutions. I've been coming to this surgery since I was small and will continue to do as the doctors are the best but I just think as the receptionists are the first people you talk to they could do with a lesson in people skills.

Can't fault the medical staff at all. Some of the receptionists however could be a little more polite and helpful. Getting an appointment can be difficult. As for getting a follow up appointment, if the doctor asks you to make one, it can be a nightmare as the receptionists are not very helpful in getting you one.
