The Same Day Sit & Wait Clinic is exemplary & credit to the Practice.
I must confess the appointment system used to be better. At one time patients could book up to 3 months in advance. I have questioned the current system and was told it is no longer actioned because people made advance appointments and then didn't turn up which of course is costly.
My suggestion is: Bring back this system and, for people who don't turn up, put a signal against their name to indicate they are not permitted to book more than one month in advance. This way only they are penalised and not those of us who honour our appointments.
