The doctors and nurses are fantastic but the administration and reception team are a disgrace. Since the merger with Brixton Water Lane it takes 30-40mins on hold to make an apt and when you eventually get through there are very few apts available. The surgery say they have a new phone system and hired 2 new staff but i have seen no signs of this. The receptionist team and unfriendly and impatient and lack basic customer service training. After 40 mins on hold i made an apt to see a nurse. When i arrived i was told the nurse was off and they needed to reschedule my apt. No one apologised to me or offered a feasible solution. I have only ever received excellent care from the doctors and nurses but the admin team behind the surgery really let it down.
