Have to say it is a very well run practice, when I mention to friends who are not with Hereward about the Monday walk in clinic, wow are they jealous. Only one comment I would like to see is more seating, could have seating ( 4 or 5 )in front of reception facing the TV . couple to the right of reception as Mondays its manic, and ill people struggle to stand for an hour or more. A little thought would go along way. but a brilliant surgery. thank you
