I had a letter asking me to make an appointment to see the doctor and results. I was told I could have a consultation on In between 11:30 and 12:30 which I thought strange - at no point was in mentioned that it was a telephone consultation hence I waited for 40 minutes until my phone rang in the waiting room.

The appointment system could be improved - long waiting times for appointments. Consider changing appt system to patient phone on day - speak to GP - appt made if necessary like other surgery in this area.
