I think all the doctors are friendly, listen to you on an equal level, and respect your views. I think it takes longer to see a doctor now,especially if it's a particular doctor. But the sit and wait on a Monday is a very helpful idea and seems to work well. My doctor is understanding and kind to me at all times.

I only usually visit 3 times a year from the minute I came to reception - the new friendly, helpful young crew at reception. The welcome the smile the polite attitude "keep the old ones at the back" - the polite Banter is such a friendly atmosphere. Keep it up! Well done.

My care under Dr. Wong was so great. She made me feel that I was not wasting her time. I only went with simple heartburn but she investigated every avenue and left no stone unturned. It is the best treatment I have had since joining the surgery 24yrs ago. Well done Dr. Wong.
