My son has sensory issues and it was too noisy. He has high anxiety and doesn't like people being too close to him or accidentally touching him. It was very crowded in here. I spoke to the lady about somewhere quiet he could go. I said we would try staying first. But we had not left reception and he could not cope, so they put us in the room. He still struggled as he was out of his own comfort zone, but made the experience so much better for him. Thank you for being so understanding.

My sister visiting from Essex, recently had a heart attack. Didn't bring all her new medication, so came for help and no delay. Registered as temporary patient and offered an appointment later same morning. So friendly and caring staff. Such a relief to get prompt help.

I had the most efficient and professional care. I took a specimen of urine into surgery at 09.45 hrs for testing and I had a message at 12.45 hrs to contact the surgery and was given a prescription for medication, most impressive. Well done.
