My diabetic review had been overlooked but once I went to the surgery to question this, I was given an appointment and things went very smoothly. The phlebotomist/ HCA was efficient, kind and helpful. She was very professional. My telephone appointment with the diabetic nurse was informative and helpful and very friendly and professional. Overal things were good, no idea why my diabetic review has been missed 2 years in a row

Make the telephone lines shorter, I find it quicker to walk to the surgery as waiting in the telephone queue can literally be 45 mins. Put 2 people on the phones? If the surgery management want everything done at arms length then that facility must be quick and efficient, which frankly at present it isn’t.

I find the whole Practice, helpful, organised, diligent and engaging. Fiona is a bastion of medical know-how and she is constructive and very helpful. A solutions driven medical professional.

Given underlying funding issues within the NHS, the practice is well run and fairly reactive to needs.

Feel very lucky we have a good medical centre

Bit confusing as I was told by receptionist that I had to have a week space between covid and flu vaccination. Then went for covid vaccine and was offered the flu jab at the same time! My husband was in next room having his covid vaccine and asked for flu vaccine and the doctor said no! I don’t understand why different advice was given.
