There is one receptionist who has a terrible manner,very abrupt rude. Getting an appointment is impossible.Becky,Tom and Lydia are excellent very polite and helpful.

Maybe talk to some receptionist about customer care!

I went for my flu and Covid injections and have nothing but praise for the nurse and staff concerned. The North wing works well except for the stupid step by the door in—- a death trap.

I am pretty much always pleased with the service I get from the staff at the surgery from reception to medical staff. They are very helpful and informative
