The receptionist was helpful when I made my appointment and suggested alternatives to seeing a doctor. That was appropriate and has worked well. But that was only because it would have taken more than two weeks to get an actual appointment.

Suggested improvements
I dont think you can - there are only so many hours in the day. My blood test was done efficiently and I’m very happy with the service I received. Keep doing what you do.
