Tracy is excellent. She always puts me at ease and the injection never hurts
Suggested improvements
I need B12 injections on a weekly basis to stop the neurological damage Pernicious Anaemia is causing me. But you only allow me 6 weekly.
The NICE guidance does allow GPs to prescribe according to individual symptoms.
I would really appreciate injections more often
