I brought my mum in for her Covid jab, she is in a wheelchair which proved tricky in places. It was difficult getting in the outside door as there is a slight lip, so needs to be done backwards, but there wasn’t a lot of room to turn the wheelchair round. Once in the very small waiting area ,we were in the way and kept getting moved so nurses could access all areas. Once we made it into the room the care was excellent, helpful , kind staff attended my mum and put her at ease.

Suggested improvements
See above. Wheelchair access poor.
