The staff at Henfield are great

Suggested improvements
I went for my COVID jab. Whilst waiting in the reception area I saw a pile of leaflets. I read the leaflet and it provided details of the Spikevax I was about to receive. It asked if I had any adverse reaction with any previous jabs which I had, whether I am immunocompromised as it may not be as effective, which I am, and it said there is an increased risk of myocarditis and pericarditis. I have had Atrial Fibrillation following a jab.The nurse thought my G.P would be aware of this vaccine and so it should be safe. I wasn't sure my G.P would be aware which vaccine I was having. I was given the choice to decline, and advised that the Pfizer vaccine was being administered at he local pharmacy and could book this online, so I declined the Spikevax. I think my record should alert staff to my previous adverse reaction, and not rely on me reading the leaflet.
