My wife doesn’t drive and turned up with a badly cut hand from cooking at16:30 on a Friday night and was refused treatment. She was told to go to the walk in centre ( several miles and bus connections away ) or call an ambulance

Suggested improvements
Put apps back online give patients more say and flexibility rather than having to cue with the rest of the practice first thing in the morning. Make your GP’s more visible. I haven’t seen one for 5 years yet am on repeat medication Make getting an app easier than waiting on a phone and being drilled by a receptionist why you want the app. We are sick if we didn’t want the app we wouldn’t be calling.
