I just phoned to try and book an appointment for my son. I didn't mind if I had to book ahead. They operate the most ludicrous system that means dates and times get released at 8.30am every morning (which is exactly the time I have to drop my son at school so I cant spend 30 minutes waiting on hold with everyone else desperately trying to get an appointment). I was told I had to phone back the following morning as they had no dates. I moved surgeries as I found Heathcote so impossible to deal with and I will move my children as soon as possible too. I don't have this issue in my other surgery, so don't understand why Heathcote has to be like this. Infuriating.
