My mother who is in her mid-seventies is due to have open heart surgery in three days time and needs to inject medication given to her by the hospital in preparation for the operation. She called Heathcote (she is a registered patient) to ask if someone could help administer for her as she can't deal with needles (neither can I). Regrettably the surgery has refused to help her. Very disappointing.
Perhaps we expect too much as the Dr's are typically charming when we do get to see them but this was essential treatment so I really don't know.
