No ome knows anything about my medical history whenever I see a GP, no one bothers to read my notes to establish the complicated medical history I have even if I actually get to see my named GP. What is the point in having medical records if no one reads them. Each time I see a GP it tends to be a different doctor then I spent most of the allocated appt time explaining my medical history. Not a good practice and would not recommend to anyone. Be prepared to get annoyed at reception staff and their manner, quite unpleasant sometimes.

Suggested improvements
Employ reception staff who actually care about people and who understand their purpose is to help not hinder patients. Stop them from trying to discuss a patients medical problems especially in front of everyone else in the queue which regularly forms at the front desk. It can get quite embarrassing sometimes.
