have had a few bad experiences with this surgery but this mornings appointment takes the biscuit. I am due to receive a B12 injection which are time conscious. i arrive at 8.10 as thats what my appointment card says and when i check in i see my appointment was changed to 8.30 without letting me know by letter or phone call. i then wait for my 8.30 appointment with no fuss. its 8.55 before someone lets me know that the nurse is not coming in as she is ill. Meaning i have to book my appointment for the next available slot for 11am the next day which is not ok with my work so i need to take annual leave to have an injection which is essential. i feel this is totally unfair and when they realised the nurse wasnt in by 8.30 which is her first appointment they should have called her to find out where she is or had she alreeady called in sick and do they have bad communication which meant that the patient waiting wasnt made aware?
