I'm sorry but your online prescription ordering is a mess and has been for several years. I have had to register three times in four years and nearly two weeks ago I ordered a repeat prescription and received an email confirmation. After two trips to the chemist, I finally had to ring and was told "it didn't work". Excuse me, a prescription someone needed didn't get done because "it didn't work"? I was told I would have to come in and order it, flatly refused and after a long wait was told it had been put through "this time". I must respectfully suggest you get an IT consultant in to sort this out and / or train some people. Many thanks.
