I saw Dr Clarke who I have always found to be caring courteous kind considerate knowledgeable and friendly. After my appointment during which you are never rushed I felt that I had been given thorough advice and a plan of action for the near future.

The staff at the surgery are always helpful and will try to accommodate my Mother's requests. At times it is difficult to get an appointment over the phone to see her preferred GP, but she knows it's because he's such a good Dr.

I am not always the easiest of people requiring help especially while caring for my husband but the practice staff have always been very helpful arranging appointments, giving advice and being pleasant

I attend fairly regularly since , apart from the usual run of health problems, I need regular help with COPD as I get chest infections and I also see Mrs Payant as necessary. These visits are always easy to arrange as are the occasional fasting cholesterol blood tests and the medical staff involved are a pleasure to deal with. Generally all the doctors I have seen have been pleasant, helpful and confidence - inspiring. I have found reception staff generally excellent and ready to go out of their way to help. I do have to say, however one was rather rude and snappy on one occasion, but when I snapped back she got the message. To counterbalance that criticism I would like to say that the newish receptionist has been very helpful and on the ball.
