I attend fairly regularly since , apart from the usual run of health problems, I need regular
help with COPD as I get chest infections and I also see Mrs Payant as necessary. These visits are always easy to arrange as are the occasional fasting cholesterol blood tests and the medical staff involved are a pleasure to deal with.
Generally all the doctors I have seen have been pleasant, helpful and confidence - inspiring.
I have found reception staff generally excellent and ready to go out of their way to help.
I do have to say, however one was rather rude and snappy on one occasion, but when I snapped back she got the message. To counterbalance that criticism I would like to say that the newish receptionist has been very helpful and on the ball.
