The Doctors and Receptionist are always helpful and caring. If they are relocated to a more spacious building this could allow greater patient privacy and a larger reception area for patients and staff.

I like the accessibility, the friendly and helpful receptionist to the Doctors who know you as an individual not just a patient. The surgery takes great care to see patients even as a temporary patient or a permanent resident walk in patient.

This practice gives consistent good quality service to a wide rural area with a sparse and dispersed population who do not have the benefit of good public transport or internet services. The staff take great care to make patients feel welcome and to understand their needs. It is well connected to the more specialist services in the bigger settlements and in the general hospitals. The high quality care will be maintained if the threat of practice closure is removed. Value for money must be based on rural needs, not urban.
