I called the surgery on behalf of my neighbour this morning - what a fantastic service I received. The receptionist (sorry, I don’t know your name) was amazing, listened to what I was asking and arranged for a Doctor to call me - which happened in 5 minutes. Dr. Judit listened to my concerns and saw my neighbour, who had to be driven to the surgery, as he was unable to walk there, in the afternoon. He was examined and reassured on his injury and also had his medication changed. What a fabulous service, from an excellent surgery. I am also registered as a patient there and in 14 years I have always received the best care. I just wanted to say a Big Thank You for today - you were both amazing (the rest of the Team are amazing to). And my neighbour is extremely grateful for your help and support.
