A nightmare attempting to get a repeat prescription for new medication.
I felt it was an uphill battle today given that I set everything out in writing four days earlier.
Suggested improvements
You could try employing additional staff to answer the phone seeing as you've moved to a very much remote operation.
Working in such a manner also brings the necessity for you to call patients to either seek clarification or make explanations, something very much amiss.
