This surgery is now appalling, it takes days if not weeks to get an appointment. I waited three weeks for a telephone appointment and after waiting all day I called the receptionist at 6pm to be told the doctor tried to call me s as me my phone was engaged, I had not been on my phone all day and had the phone in my hand
The doctor never even tried calling me back a second time
I have been informed that I need to make a second appointment
The service is atrocious
