My wife was texted by Dr Bello to contact her about my wife's x-ray results. When my wife phoned the surgery she was told that they were very busy and to phone the next morning at 7am. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. It would help patients if the receptionist did not ask questions such as 'what is the problem'. More appointments would then be made. And why are these unqualified people allowed to interrogate patients who are just trying to make an appointment with a medical practitioner! Sort your surgery out! Consider the patient.

Suggested improvements
Spend less time asking questions. That is the GP's job and the reason the patient is trying to arrange the appointment, not to spend 15 minutes listening to music. The surgery spent money expanding the car park but cannot afford to improve the service to patients.
